Warranty Policy 

Any warranty claims should be submitted directly through the retailer where the product was originally purchased. Please present this (receipt) to the retailer, who will arrange for an inspection of the product to determine the appropriate course of action. If a manufacturing defect is found within the purchase date, Faith & Ethan will provide either a repair or replacement of the product.

Warranty Terms 

Please note that when you use your mattress initially, there may be a slight depression as the mattress conforms to your body shape. This is normal and in no way will it reduce your comfort level.  

 

1. Warranty is applicable only if the mattress is purchased from an authorized Faith & Ethan dealer and authorised online platform / website. 

2. To avail warranty benefits, ensure your product warranty is registered with the company. Our Authorized Dealer will help you in registering the warranty. You may also register warranty / Complaint through Faith & Ethan website. 

3. Stains occurring on the mattress tapestry after unpacking or removing the packing / poly bag and subsequent use at customer’s end will not be covered under the warranty. 

4. Opening of stitches (both quilt and tape edge) that is reported after 30 days of the purchase date will not be covered under the warranty.  

5. In case of warranty claim if any, the company will replace the mattress to where the customer purchased it. 

6. While the company will do its best to replace the defective mattress at the earliest, the actual time required for replacement will depend on the availability of the product. 

7. If the variety of mattress that you had purchased has been discontinued, then you will be provided a new mattress in the same price range /Invoice value of the original mattress. 

8. Warranty doesn’t include damage resulting from improper usage.  

9. If the mattress has been forced entry due to not enough space and has been bent or folded during entry. 

10. Warranty is not applicable for any smell that may occur during usage in an enclosed environment, moisture in the air due to the surrounding environment / use of air conditioner, excessively wet surface, and pouring of liquid on the mattress. 

11. Warranty doesn’t cover preferences in comfort level. 

12. The Sagging less than 25 mm in mattresses below 125 mm thickness, and less than 37 mm in mattresses with 125 mm or more thickness, will not be considered under warranty. 

13. Where the purchaser does not give the manufacturer notice of the defect within 30 days of its discovery. 

14. Where the mattress has been used with an unsuitable slat bed with slats more than 70mm apart and 9cm in width.
